[2026년 1월 6일(화)] ㈜삼광 기술연구소에서 연구소 신년 간담회가 진행됐다. 이번 간담회는 새해를 맞아 연구소의 역할과 향후 방향성을 공유하고, 연구 인력의 능동적인 업무 수행과 성장을 독려하기 위해 마련됐다.


간담회는 상호 간 인사를 시작으로 경영방침 및 행동강령 복창, 대표이사 간담회 순으로 진행됐다. 

김진우 대표이사는 새해 인사를 전하며 2026년에는 연구소 전 구성원이 수동적으로 움직이는 조직에서 벗어나, 스스로 생각하고 능동적으로 업무를 추진하는 조직으로 변화해야 한다고 강조했다. 특히 매월 진행 중인 개선 제안 활동에 더해 다양한 제품 아이템을 적극적으로 제안하고 실제 반영으로 이어질 수 있도록 추진할 것을 당부했다.

또한 능력을 갖춘 외부 인재를 영입해 연구소가 보다 활발하게 활동할 수 있는 기반을 마련한 만큼, 새로운 사업 기회를 만들어 나가길 바란다고 전했다.


아울러 주인의식을 가지고 개인의 역량을 지속적으로 높여 자신의 가치를 키워야 하며, 개개인의 성장이 곧 회사의 성장으로 이어지는 만큼 회사 차원에서도 지원을 아끼지 않겠다고 밝혔다. 


이번 신년 간담회는 연구소의 방향성과 역할을 다시 한번 공유하고, 향후 기술연구소의 역량 강화와 조직 활성화에 중요한 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.
