[2026년 1월 15일(목)] (주)삼광이 영진전문대학교와 함께 ‘외국인 유학생 전주기 원스톱 지원시스템 구축’을 위한 RISE D-Bridge Network 협약과, ‘첨단산업 인재양성 부트캠프 사업’ 운영을 위한 맞춤형 주문식교육 산학협력 협약을 체결했다.


이번 협약은 지역 대학과 산업체 간 긴밀한 협력 체계를 구축해 유학생의 지역 정착과 취업을 지원하고, 산업 현장 수요에 부합하는 실무형 인재를 체계적으로 양성하기 위해 마련됐다. 


RISE D-Bridge Network 협약을 통해 양 기관은 외국인 유학생 대상 직무역량 강화 및 취업 연계 프로그램 공동 운영, 기업 연계 외국인 유학생 가족 대상 직업 한국어 및 직무 교육, 기업 글로벌 인재 확보를 위한 네트워크 구축 등을 공동으로 추진할 계획이다.


아울러 맞춤형 주문식교육 산학협력 협약에 따라 양 기관은 로봇 분야 산업 수요를 반영한 교육과정을 공동 기획·운영하고, IC-PBL, 캡스톤디자인, 현장실습, 인턴십 등 실무 중심 인재 양성 및 연간(10명)에 대한 취업 연계를 추진하며, 로봇 운용·유지보수 및 시스템 통합(SI) 분야의 기술 자문과 애로 기술 지원을 통해 산업체 경쟁력 강화에 협력할 예정이다.


이번 협약을 통해 (주)삼광은 인재양성 체계를 한층 강화하고, 글로벌 인재가 지역 산업 현장에서 안정적으로 성장할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다. 


삼광은 향후에도 지속적인 협력을 통해 지역 산업 경쟁력 제고와 미래 산업을 선도할 실무형 인재 양성에 공동으로 힘쓸 계획이다.
