[2026년 1월 15일(목)] 삼광 김진우 대표이사가 베트남사업부 현장점검을 진행했다. 이번 점검에는 송종득 사업부장을 비롯한 각 부서 팀장들이 함께 참석했다.


현장점검은 현장점검은 A동 조립, A동 사출, 금형, 도장, C동 조립, MCT, 생산기술, C동 사출 공정 순으로 진행됐으며 각 공정별 생산설비 운영 상태, 자동화 수준, 작업 환경 및 3정 6S 관리 상태를 중심으로 확인했다. 특히 설비 안정성, 현장 정리정돈 상태, 작업 표준 준수 여부 등을 중점적으로 점검했다.


점검 결과, 일부 설비에 대해 작업 환경 개선 및 관리 강화를 위한 보완 조치가 이루어졌으며, 주요 생산설비 전반에 대한 정비와 현장 정돈이 병행됐다. 또한 생산 효율 향상을 위한 라인 밸런스 개선 필요성도 공유됐다.

이번 현장점검을 통해 베트남사업부는 공정별 관리 기준과 개선 사항을 재정비하고, 생산설비 관리 강화와 작업 환경 개선을 통해 생산 안정성과 품질 경쟁력 제고를 추진할 계획이다.
