[2026년 1월 28일(수)부터 29일(목)] ㈜삼광 임직원들이 생산 공정 및 품질 관리 체계 벤치마킹을 위해 일본 도치기현에 위치한 요시다 아시카가 공장과 도쿄 3DECO 전시회를 방문했다.


요시다 기업은 1946년에 설립된 일본의 화장품 용기 제작 기업으로 모바일, 오토모티브, 가전 등의 제품 또한 제조하고 있는 기업이다.


이번 출장에는 Global MD부문 김철수 대표를 비롯해 일본사무소 전병수 소장, 개발팀 및 품질팀, 제조팀 직원들이 함께 참석했다.


삼광 방문단은 1월 28일 요시다 아시카가 공장을 방문해 생산 공정 전반과 품질 관리 운영 실태를 견학했다. 

특히 GMP 수준 및 클린룸 환경 구축 사항, 양압 시설에서 생산 중인 튜브 용기 라인을 중심으로 사출부터 포장까지의 전 공정 흐름, 튜브 사출 방식 및 자동화, 단계별 품질 검사와 이물 관리 및 정전기 관리 포인트 등을 위주로 진행했다.


1월 29일에는 도쿄 빅사이트에서 열린 3DECO 전시회를 참관했다. 삼광 임직원들은 요시다 부스를 방문해 인몰드 및 도장 기술과 함께 친환경 소재 및 이색 소재 디자인을 확인했으며 데코레이션 필름, 가공·사출 기술, 친환경·신소재 관련 최신 트렌드를 공유했다. 


이번 요시다 출장 벤치마킹은 화장품 패키징 분야의 생산 자동화 수준과 품질 관리 사례, 표면 가공 및 디자인 기술 트렌드를 직접 확인함으로써, 향후 삼광의 품질 경쟁력과 제품 부가가치 강화를 위한 참고 사례를 확보하는 계기가 됐다.
