우리 회사는 현장 중심의 개선 문화 정착과 구성원의 자발적 참여 확대를 위해 분임조 활동을 본격 추진하고 있으며, 이를 위한 사전 준비 단계로 분임조 교육을 진행했다.


이번 교육은 분임조 운영에 참여하게 될 구성원들이 분임조의 개념과 목적을 정확히 이해하고, 향후 활동을 체계적으로 추진할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련됐다.


교육 내용은 ▲분임조의 정의 및 목적 ▲분임조 추진 계획 ▲운영 형태 및 운영 절차 ▲분임조 사례 예시 등으로 구성되었으며, 실제 사례 중심으로 설명하여 참가자들이 분임조 활동의 방향성을 보다 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 진행되었다.


특히 분임조 활동을 통해 현장에서 발생하는 문제를 구성원 스스로 발굴하고 개선해 나가는 과정이 강조되었으며, 작은 개선이 모여 조직 전체의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다는 점을 공유하는 시간이 되었다.


회사 관계자는 “이번 교육을 통해 분임조 활동이 단순한 개선 활동을 넘어 구성원 참여형 문화로 자리 잡기를 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 지속적인 지원과 체계적인 운영을 통해 분임조 활동이 현장에 정착할 수 있도록 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
