[2026년 6월 19일(금)] ㈜삼광 베트남사업부에서 아이스크림 나눔 이벤트가 진행됐다.


이번 행사는 최근 베트남 박닌 지역의 고온다습한 날씨가 지속됨에 따라 직원들의 근무 환경을 고려해 잠시 더위를 식히고 재충전 할 수 있도록 마련되었으며, 점심시간을 활용해 약 3,900명의 직원을 대상으로 진행되었다.


이날 구내식당에는 다양한 맛의 아이스크림이 준비되었으며, 직원들은 식사 후 아이스크림을 받으며 잠시 더위를 식히는 시간을 가졌다. 현장 곳곳에서는 직원들이 동료들과 함께 아이스크림을 먹으며 소소한 대화를 나누는 모습도 볼 수 있었다.


아이스크림을 받은 직원들은 “무더운 날씨가 계속되어 지치는 시기였는데, 점심시간에 시원한 아이스크림을 먹으며 잠시 휴식을 취할 수 있어 좋았다.”는 반응을 보였다.


베트남사업부는 이번 이벤트를 통해 무더운 날씨 속에서 근무하는 직원들에게 휴식과 활력을 제공하고, 조직 내 소통 분위기를 조성하고자 했다.


앞으로도 ㈜삼광은 직원들의 사기 진작과 조직문화 활성화를 위한 다양한 소통 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 나갈 계획이다.
