[2026년 8월 25일(화)] ㈜삼광에서 2026년 1학기 임직원 자녀 학자금 수여식이 진행됐다.


㈜삼광 김진우 대표이사는 지난 2013년부터 임직원 자녀들의 학업을 지원하고 임직원 가정의 교육비 부담을 줄이기 위해 학자금 지원 제도를 지속적으로 운영하고 있으며, 현재까지 총 약 4억 원에 달하는 학자금을 지원해오고 있다.


올해 학자금 지원 대상자는 대학생 13명, 유치원생 13명으로 총 26명이며, 이 가운데 대학생 5명, 유치원생 7명 등 총 12명이 수여식에 참석했다.


이번 수여식은 대학생과 유치원생 순으로 진행되었으며, 대상자들에게는 학자금 및 장학증서를 전달하며 임직원 자녀들의 학업과 새로운 출발을 격려하는 시간을 가졌다.


수여식에 참석한 한 직원은 “회사가 직원뿐만 아니라 자녀들의 학업과 성장까지 함께 응원해준다는 점에서 감사한 마음이 크다”며 “학자금 지원이 가정에 실질적인 도움이 되는 것은 물론, 아이에게도 회사와 가족이 함께한 뜻깊은 기억으로 남을 것 같다”고 소감을 전했다.


㈜삼광은 임직원과 가족이 함께 성장할 수 있는 가족 친화적인 기업문화를 조성하기 위해 다양한 복리후생 제도를 운영하고 있으며, 앞으로도 임직원들의 실질적인 복지 향상과 가족 중심 문화 강화를 위해 지속적으로 노력할 계획이다.
