Hello. I'm Jiwoo Park, a nutritionist who is currently working at Samkwang headquarters' restaurant.

Maybe because I have a job as a nutritionist, I'm interested in my health and diet, and I love exercising so much!

In particular, relieving the stress of a day through exercise is one of the great joys of life.


 

Out of curiosity, I went to the Department of Food and Nutrition, and through field training, I was interested in choosing a job as a nutritionist.

I think I spent the year being a nutritionist and feeling great reward for my work by watching the employees enjoy their meals with my diet.

(You're already in your 8th year as a nutritionist!)

 






Preference comes first. 

Of course, we try to prepare a balanced and healthy meal using various and fresh ingredients every week, but we are more focused on the employees enjoying their meals without leaving any meals.

That's why we provide a mix of the main menu with high preference and healthy menu. (^^)

 



I want to challenge all the trendy recipes and new menus from various media!

However, since likes and dislikes may vary depending on the workplace environment, manpower, and customer preferences, we choose menus that are modified to the extent that they do not feel rejected or have good reactions elsewhere. 

What comes to mind among the plans is that ahead of summer, we are planning Gilgyeongtang and a new recipe of meat as a health food.




There are quite a few people who say, "I'm enjoying the food." I'm most happy when I hear that.

I always think a lot about how to enjoy it.

So, on the day you say, "I'm enjoying the food~", all the worries and difficulties of the day are forgotten and praised.

I get to work harder with this compliment!

 



We always try to provide a hearty meal every time.
