Hello, this is the assembly part of the manufacturing team of the Indian business unit.

I introduced the team last time, but this time I would like to show you the morning routine of our part.

First of all, the morning of the assembly part begins with a safety slogan.

To prevent safety accidents in advance, every morning before the start of work, all employees gather to cheer vigorously and start the day after the 3R 6S activity.

The 3R 6S activity of the assembly part starts from the site.

We try to keep the line clean at all times by checking the operation of facilities before starting work, organizing and cleaning surrounding facilities, and removing dust from work spaces and facilities from time to time even during breaks.

In addition, we are continuously improving the shortcomings by periodically checking the condition with managers by designating inspection times and areas in charge.

 Until last year, we focused on improving employees' awareness of 3R 6S overall.

From this year in 2024, we are conducting detailed management centered on local employees.

In particular, we are working with the aim of improving check sheets, training detailed management inside and outside the facility, and improving 3R 6S management.

Employees' perception of 3R 6S has really improved a lot.

The employees themselves seem to have come to realize that the 3R 6S activity is effective in reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

In particular, in the past, most of them were active under directives, but now they have become a habit, so it seems to be a really big change to find improvements in person.

Due to the nature of the assembly process, hundreds and hundreds of thousands of facilities and products are constantly operating.

At first, there was a burden on the activities of 3R 6S, but after working steadily with the employees and becoming a habit, I feel that the site has become cleaner and various operational loss have decreased.

In the future, we will continue to find further improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
