Hello.

I'm Hochan Oh, who joined the quality control part of the quality team on April 8, 2024.

Before greeting, I would like to meet each and every one of you in my heart, but I will greet you through Samkwang News with more pleasure to greet you like this due to circumstances.

Currently, I am in charge of quality assurance from product development to mass production in the quality control part.

The most difficult thing while working was when there was a problem with the customer and there was a conflict with a person rather than a mechanical defect.

Because of my affectionate personality, I think I feel sorry or regretful all the time even after I come back with a firm refusal.

However, I think we will have the ability to meet more customers in Samkwang and gain various experiences to cope with them more flexibly in the future.

What was rewarding was that after identifying the cause of the defective product, the defective factor was removed and the defect rate of the product was significantly lowered.

It was a proud and rewarding moment to receive good feedback not only from the company but also from the customer.

In the future, based on this work-solving ability, I will try to think calmly and do my best no matter what difficulties arise.

Looking back on the memories of my first day at work now, I think time has passed so fast that I don't even know how it went with half expectation and half worry.

Of course, I think I've adapted quickly, contrary to my worries, because my team members have helped me well so far. 

I especially remember the mentor/mentee ceremony held at the monthly meeting in May.

At the time of the monthly meeting, I was able to directly feel the pride of Samkwang in his sincere monthly speech for the company.

In particular, the phrase, "If we continue to proceed even if it's small, it's not 100%, but we'll be able to go towards 100%." was very impressive. 

I have a value that says, 'No matter what moment comes, let's be honest with ourselves.'

I think that if you don't lie to yourself first, you can do your heart every moment and that my heart can be conveyed to the other person.

Based on this, no matter what situation I face in Samkwang, I will approach it with all my heart without lies and honestly to solve the situation.

Even if the solution is not solved quickly, I want to do my best to finish it and further become a person who thinks and acts positively.

Going to an amusement park alone

Going to a buffet alone is burdensome to eat with the eyes of people passing by in a blocked space, and I choose to go to the amusement park alone because I don't think it's obvious that I came alone in a large crowd.

In addition, I think I can enjoy my own hobbies by taking various pictures at amusement parks.

And most of all, from my point of view, who enjoys activities, I prefer an amusement park with many fun activities rather than choosing a delicious buffet.
