Following the document review on May 20th (Monday), the process review of Samkwang IATF16949 is underway from May 27th (Monday) to 30th (Thursday) 2024.

IATF16949(Automobile Quality Management System) is a certificate that proves that a company has a quality management system that ensures product quality, such as responding to various product safety risks, continuous improvement, and prevention of defects.

A total of 10 employees from the KMR (Korea Management Certification Institute) participated in the on-site review, including one judge from the Korea Management Certification Institute (KMR), Yoo Seong-gon, vice president of Samkwang Global MD, Global Personnel Management Support Team, Quality Team, Development Team, Purchase Sales/Manufacturing Support Team, and Manufacturing Team.

The employees who participated in the review said, "I was able to find out more about the shortcomings in the document review conducted last week. We will also receive feedback on improvements in the process review so that quality control can be maintained well."

The order of progress was in the order of a start meeting, an interview with the manager, and a process review.

In the process review, management, education and training, process design, sales management, purchasing, inspection and testing processes were reviewed.

Currently, only the production management review is left.
