On June 10th (Monday), 2024, from 2 pm to 5 pm, Samkwang Executive Training Co., Ltd. was held.

This training is the third training following the executive and team leader training conducted in February and April 2024, and was conducted to increase the efficiency of the team and create a cooperative organizational culture by strengthening executive leadership.

The training was conducted by MJ Global Leadership Coaching CEO Mijung Hyun, and a total of six Samkwang executives participated.

The order of progress was ground rules, connecting together, the strengths and values of the executive leadership team, and team mission multi-stakeholder contracts.

The practice was based on the presentation by directly answering a total of nine questions (Samkwang Vision, MISSION of Samkwang executive leadership, strengths and values, needs of current and future customers, needs of customers' organizations and stakeholders, needs of us, needs of posterity and ecological environment, and needs of each other).

In response, during the practice of strengths and values, he made a presentation, "The strength of curiosity seems to be the strength that makes you think twice about anything. I think you have to be curious about even the smallest thing so that you have to be interested and interested in it to look at it once more."

After completing the training, the executive said, "We drew the current Samkwang and the future Samkwang, thought about what our strengths are and what values we should pursue, and it was a valuable time to think about what kind of future we will show to various stakeholders including employees, customers, and partners right now and what we should start with."
