On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, the personnel part of Samkwang Global Personnel Management Support Team and the mold part of Samkwangwintech Manufacturing Team attended the knowledge Camp in the Vocational Education Innovation District held at Palgongsan Academy.

The Vocational Education Innovation District Project is organized by the Gyeongsangbukdo Office of Education to foster high school graduates, develop future skills, and promote employment for vocational high school students.

As a result, Samkwangwintech has participated in the support project since August 2023 to select and cultivate excellent talents, and this knowledge Camp has participated in the company introduction and Q&A session with students participating in the project.

In order of progress, vision setting and career management, image making and business manners, human resources manager training by company, ice-breaking, work life communication, and teamwork reinforcement projects were followed.

The personnel part employee of Samkwang Global Personnel Management Support Team introduced the company to the students, and the mold part employee of Samkwangwintech Manufacturing Team had a Q&A session with the students.

The Q&A staff member said, "I was very nervous and nervous because it was my first time presenting at such a big event, but I was relieved that the HR team leader helped me well and the students listened to my presentation intensively. I hope this camp activity will be of great help to the students' company life participating in the innovation district project."

The students then asked questions about company welfare, surrounding environment, and work difficulty.
