On Friday, June 14, 2024, the Vietnam Division conducted dormitory pest control to prepare for the increase in sanitary pests during the summer.

Currently, Vietnam is experiencing rising temperatures and frequent rains in the summer, leading to higher humidity and an increase in pests.

The pest control operation targeted areas where larvae might enter, such as indoor and outdoor entrances, windows, bathrooms, and drains in the dormitory.

Employees involved in the pest control stated, “Recently, the weather has been getting much hotter, and the frequent rains are increasing the humidity. As the weather changes, pest activity is increasing, so we have taken preventive measures.”
