Since Monday, July 29, 2024, Samkwang Co., Ltd. has been conducting on-site job training at the Corporate Talent University.

This training is designed to nurture systematically skilled technical talents and involves hands-on practice during the summer/winter semesters to acquire professional skills. 

From next year, this will be continuously linked through a work-study dual system.

A student from Kyungil University is participating in the training, which spans a total of four days.

The training schedule is as follows:

Day 1: Company Introduction and Workplace Life, Department Introduction

Day 2: Machine Explanation

Day 3: JIG Processing

Day 4: JIG Applications

The participating student shared their thoughts: “Through this on-site job training, I have learned about social life and acquired some of Samkwang’s technologies. It has been a valuable experience for me. I will continue to strive to learn as much as possible during the remaining time.”
