On Friday, July 26, 2024, CEO Jinwoo Kim conducted an on-site inspection of all processes at the India Division.

The inspection was attended by Youngkwan Kim, the division manager, and 15 expatriates.

◇ On-Site Inspection:

The inspection covered the mold, injection molding, buffing, painting, CNC, assembly, and cafeteria processes.

◇ Inspection Details:

The inspection included checking the tour line attachments, key inspection points of the injection molding machines, setting up periodic management schedules, improving work instructions, organizing cables and wires, and verifying safety devices.

During the on-site management, CEO Jinwoo Kim remarked, "Overall, it seems that the equipment management and operations are being handled well. Let's ensure even more thorough management to prevent any potential issues in the future."

The India Division plans to address the identified issues during the on-site management through step-by-step improvements.
