On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, Samkwang conducted an executive training session.

The training was led by Ms. MiJung Hyun, CEO of MJ Global Leadership Coaching, with a total of six executives participating, including CEO JinWoo Kim.

This session was part of a systemic team coaching program that has been ongoing since June, focusing on the fourth stage of a five-step process: execution and participation.

*Systemic Team Coaching: This approach aims to enhance team performance by considering the entire system surrounding the team (including the organization, stakeholders, and external environment). It supports not only the personal growth of team members but also helps the team function more effectively within the organization.

The agenda for the session included discussions on the mid- to long-term plans and strategies of the wintech Business Division/New Business Division, the necessity and role of the Strategic Planning Team, HR policies, organizational culture, CEO feedback, and future plans.

At the conclusion of the training, CEO JinWoo Kim emphasized the importance of clearly communicating the company’s vision and areas of opportunity to employees, encouraging them to reflect on their roles and consider how they can contribute to the company’s growth. He also referenced the late Chairman’s emphasis on talent-centric management, stating, “For Samkwang to navigate successfully, the president, executives, and employees must unite as one.”
