From Friday, August 2, 2024, to Tuesday, August 20, 2024, Samkwang Co., Ltd.’s Global HR and General Affairs Support Team conducted a three-part job coaching training program for employees in the HR department.

This training was organized by the Korea Coach Association and was designed to help employees identify and address their own challenges in order to achieve personal and professional growth. The coaching process focuses on enabling participants to recognize their areas for improvement and work on them.

3rd Session (August 20): Assessing Job Fit and Development Potential

ㅁ Training Content

Self-awareness: Identifying one's feelings, thoughts, and needs, and understanding what they truly want

Goal Achievement: Setting goals, developing strategies to achieve them, and overcoming obstacles

Performance Improvement: Identifying strengths and weaknesses, establishing strategies to enhance performance, improving productivity and efficiency, and building competencies

Personal Growth: Building confidence and a positive mindset, developing leadership skills, and clarifying core values

Participants shared their feedback, stating, "As someone who usually conducts coaching sessions, it was a valuable opportunity to be coached myself and reflect on aspects I hadn’t considered in depth. Evaluating my own job performance allowed me to re-examine my work capabilities.”

Meanwhile, Samkwang Co., Ltd. continues to provide a variety of training programs to strengthen employees' competencies and help them adapt quickly to the rapidly changing business environment.
