On Monday, September 2, 2024, at 11:30 a.m., the monthly meeting for September was held.

This monthly meeting was held in the auditorium of the headquarters through video connection between Vietnam, India, and technology research institutes with the attendance of managers.


The meeting followed the order of the ceremony: singing the national anthem, recitation of the management policy and code of conduct, mentorship ceremony, summer photo contest and awards for outstanding employees, the CEO’s speech, and the group chant ("Let's strengthen our skills and capabilities").


A total of 18 participants (2 from the Korea Division, 12 from the Wintech Division, 2 from the Global New Business Division, and 2 from the India Division) were involved. Mentors received a letter of appointment, and mentees were awarded a business card case and a smile badge.


The 2024 Summer Vacation Photo Contest was held with the theme of "moments from the summer vacation." The first prize (Shinsegae gift certificate worth 300,000 KRW) went to Yeonseo Choi from the Wintech Division. The second prize (Shinsegae gift certificate worth 200,000 KRW) was awarded to Seungji Kang from the Korea Division, and the third prize (Shinsegae gift certificate worth 100,000 KRW) went to Songhui Park  from the Global Management Support Division. 

All participants received a gifticon as a participation prize.


Two outstanding employees were recognized.

Hanyong Kim from the Global Management Support Division was honored for contributing to the certification of the company as an excellent human resource development institution by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2024, and he received 300,000 KRW as a reward. 

Jaehwa Shin from the Injection Molding Team in the India Division was recognized for improving productivity and reducing costs through enhancements in pressing jigs, receiving 300,000 KRW as well. After the awards ceremony, each outstanding employee presented their achievements.


In the monthly speech, CEO Jinwoo Kim 

“The weather is becoming cooler in the mornings and evenings, signaling the arrival of a pleasant autumn.

This month, we have Chuseok, the biggest national holiday.

I hope you enjoy time with your parents and relatives, whom you haven't seen often.


Since everyone has different abilities, each person should strive to improve their skills according to their own standards.

You should never be satisfied with where you are now.

If you are satisfied, there will be no motivation, no development, and no future.

The company will set detailed regulations soon to help you improve your skills.

Let's enhance our abilities so that we can contribute to the company.


There are people passionate about learning beyond their assigned tasks.

Like them, we should abandon the mindset of ‘I just need to do my job’ and work thoroughly to make possible what hasn't been done yet.

Now is the golden opportunity to improve our capabilities.

You shouldn’t waste time just because there’s no work to do.


I mentioned MCT process automation previously.

It can't be 100% perfect from the start, so I suggested focusing on transfer speed first.

Through continuous improvement, we’ll accumulate valuable know-how.

In the future, outstanding employee awards will be based on the level of improvement, with a maximum amount set rather than a fixed 300,000 KRW.

We don't know what routes or how opportunities will present themselves, so don't lose your passion.

Always be prepared and approach your work with a positive mindset.
