From September 4 (Wed) to September 5 (Thu), 2024, the HR team from Samkwang Co., Ltd.'s Global HR and Administration Support Division participated in the Fall 2024 Job Fair held at Yeungnam University.

This job fair was organized to provide job seekers with various employment opportunities and recruitment information, to promote hiring connections between companies and job seekers, and to enhance the capabilities of regional talents.

Around 80 companies and organizations participated in the fair, including large corporations, public enterprises, public institutions, regional companies, foreign companies, and mid-sized enterprises.

Participating companies set up individual booths where HR representatives were present to provide information on recruitment schedules, application qualifications, and to offer employment consultations. Job seekers had the opportunity to address their questions about recruitment.

At the Samkwang booth, students asked questions such as “What do I need to do to get hired?”, “What GPA do I need?”, and “What is the starting salary for new hires?”, engaging in consultations that provided practical recruitment information.

Through this job fair, Samkwang had the opportunity to directly interact with outstanding local talent. The company plans to continue expanding opportunities to meet young talent through various job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
