Hello, I’m Hyunjin Cho from the Global Product Planning Team.

Currently, I am responsible for marketing activities that Samkwang will carry out in the future, and I look forward to engaging in various tasks that will promote Samkwang externally and support sales activities.

I joined the company at the end of August, and it’s been just over a month. I'm living at the headquarters for my on-the-job training (OJT) and adapting to Samkwang. Although I joined as an experienced hire, everything still feels unfamiliar and I have much to learn.

To better understand what products we produce and how the processes work, I’ve been reviewing the company introduction materials. During the OJT period at the headquarters, each department head has been kindly explaining the details to me, and day by day, my understanding of Samkwang is deepening.

Now, I’d like to introduce myself briefly.

I strive to live by the principles of Jeong-eon, Jeong-haeng, and Jeong-sim (Right Words, Right Actions, Right Heart).

This means living with a righteous heart through thoughtful words and actions.

It doesn’t always go as planned, but I believe that setting such a life goal makes a clear difference in how we live, and ever since, I’ve been trying to practice these principles in my life.

I also started home training a few years ago for rehabilitation because I wasn’t confident in my physical strength.

Over time, exercise became my hobby, and through it, I regained my health.

I’ve since started cycling as well, and on weekends, my whole family enjoys riding on the Anyangcheon bike path, which stretches straight from Anyang to the Han River, with the refreshing wind in our faces.

This activity helps me relieve the work stress and fatigue that build up during the week, allowing me to live each day with gratitude and a positive mindset.

After completing my OJT at the headquarters, I will begin working in the Technology Research Center in earnest. I hope to contribute by exploring various domestic and international industries and helping open new markets.

I aim to be a member of Samkwang who isn’t afraid to come up with ideas and try new things.
