The Philharmonic Orchestra, held annually at Yeungnam University’s Cheonma Art Center, is composed of young and talented local musicians. With the slogan "A New Challenge in Classical Music," the orchestra contributes to the development of local culture and the arts by creating creative and diverse content.

Oh-heung Kwon, the director of the Gyeongsan Philharmonic Orchestra, said, "We have prepared this regular concert to support and encourage your dream of experiencing a new season." He called for many to attend the concert.

In line with this, on Thursday, October 17, 2024, the employees of Samkwang Co., Ltd. visited Yeungnam University to attend the Philharmonic Orchestra concert.

At this regular concert, classical music of the highest caliber was reinterpreted and highlighted. Violinists Chae-min Byun, So-jung Kim, Eun-young Jung, and Hyun-soo Kim each performed Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons—Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

Additionally, there were performances by the Gyeongsan Office of Education Youth Choir, K-pop dance by Gyeongsan NewJeans, a saxophone solo by Jeong-geun Seo, a male quartet performance by the popera group Song Claire, and the Gyeongsan Philharmonic Orchestra’s rendition of Bizet’s L'Arlésienne Suite No. 2 "Farandole."

This regular concert was part of Samkwang’s employee welfare program, providing employees with a cultural experience to help relieve stress.
