Recently, workplace sexual harassment has become a social issue, prompting a need for corporate ethical responsibility and a shift in employee awareness.

In response to this environment, Samkwang conducted sexual harassment prevention training for all employees on November 7, aiming to foster a safe and respectful workplace culture.

The training was held in three one-hour sessions, covering key topics such as understanding the concept and judgment criteria of sexual harassment (legal definitions, judgment standards, and case analysis) as well as prevention methods (causes, preventive guidelines, the role of colleagues, and handling procedures).

One participant shared, “Seeing real cases gave me a sense of awareness. I’ve also come to better understand my role and responsibility as a colleague.”

Samkwang plans to continue strengthening its preventive training and programs to create a safe working environment for all employees.
