In recent years, workplace safety has become increasingly important in the corporate environment. Safety incidents at work threaten the lives and health of employees, making systematic safety training and management essential.

In particular, the government has recently strengthened safety obligations by amending the Industrial Safety and Health Act and establishing various legal standards to enhance worker safety.

In this context, Samkwang conducted its own in-house safety training from Wednesday, November 6 to Friday, November 8, 2024, with the aim of creating a safe working environment and preventing accidents through thorough safety education.

The training covered topics such as Heinrich's accident chain theory, the fundamental causes of accidents, and the 11 practical action guidelines for factory safety, using real-life examples as references.

The General Affairs team from the Global HR and General Affairs Support Team, which led the training, stated, "We hope this training will enable employees to adhere more rigorously to safety rules and develop the ability to identify potential hazards in advance. We plan to continue strengthening training and management to create a safer work environment."

This intensive safety training, conducted up until the final day, reaffirmed Samkwang's commitment to building a safe workplace and preventing accidents.
