The Lạng Sơn region, home to over 740,000 residents, has a vibrant youth population, with approximately 63.4% classified as young individuals. Each year, the region produces more than 20,000 high school graduates and thousands of university graduates.

On Saturday, November 9, 2024, six members from the HR team of the HR and General Affairs Support Unit at Samkwang’s Vietnam Business Division participated in the Lạng Sơn Job Fair to recruit new talent and scout for promising candidates during the second half of the year.

Currently, Samkwang Vietnam maintains partnerships with major schools in the Lạng Sơn region. During the event, employees operated a booth, providing information about the company’s size, core production activities, and employee welfare programs to approximately 1,800 attendees. They also conducted one-on-one consultations with around 300 individuals, addressing inquiries about job roles and recruitment opportunities.

Nguyễn Viết Hiệp, an employee, shared his thoughts: “We have been preparing for workforce recruitment since the Lunar New Year. Through partnerships with various schools, we were able to meet many students and recognize their potential. I am confident that many talented individuals will grow with Samkwang in the second half of 2024. I would like to express my gratitude to all the students and stakeholders who showed interest in this event and look forward to building more connections in the future.”
