At the 61st Daegu-Gyeongbuk Trade Day ceremony, organized by Daegu Metropolitan City, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, and the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regional Headquarters of the Korea International Trade Association, Samkwang Co., Ltd., and Samkwang Wintech employees were recognized for their export achievements and received awards.

Held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, the "Trade Day" is an annual legal commemorative event established to promote balanced trade development and reaffirm Korea's commitment to being a strong trading nation.

The event celebrated the contributions of regional export companies and stakeholders, reaffirming the significance of the export industry as a cornerstone of regional economic growth.

With over 250 attendees, including representatives from trade-related organizations and corporate executives, awards were presented as follows:

USD 7 Million Export Award: CEO Jinwoo Kim of Samkwang Wintech

Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy Commendation: Kyuhyung Ahn, Samkwang Professional

Gyeongsangbuk-do Governor's Commendation: Hanyong Kim and Changhoon Han, Samkwang Professionals, and Donghyun Jang, Samkwangwintech Professional
