From December 27 (Friday) to December 29 (Sunday), 2024, 41 executives and team leaders visited Fukuoka, Japan, to announce the "Fukuoka Declaration" and Action Guidelines and present the 2025 business plans.

The workshop's agenda included:

Day 1: Fukuoka Declaration, sharing a sense of urgency, presentations on preparatory activities for the three slogans, CEO’s commentary and declaration, and the adoption of the resolution.

Day 2: Presentation of business plans by each division.

Through this workshop, participants gained a clear understanding of the definitions and action guidelines for the second founding slogans (AWAKE, SEE, OVER THE ANOTHER WORLD) and committed to their implementation. With strong determination to achieve their goals, they resolved to challenge infinite possibilities, continuously pursue change and innovation, and create a future that delivers customer satisfaction and excellence.

Participants shared their thoughts:
