Japan’s leading electronics company, SHARP, visited the Samkwang Vietnam Division to inspect the manufacturing site and discuss cooperation strategies. This visit took place on Thursday, February 20, 2025, with the primary objective of establishing practical measures to improve productivity and quality.

Attendees and Schedule

From SHARP, Kazari (General Director) attended the meeting, while Koyama, Chang, and Nakamura participated from Techno Associe. Representing Samkwang were Jongdeuk Song (Head of the Vietnam Division), Hwayong Oh(Manufacturing Team), Dohyun Ha (Development Team), and employee Khanh.

The meeting proceeded with a company introduction and Q&A session, followed by a manufacturing line tour and a business meeting. Attendees directly observed the production status and discussed strategies for improving quality and productivity.

Key Discussion Topics

The meeting covered various topics, including MIC-related issue reviews and progress updates, large component production planning, and traceability system evaluation. In particular, enhancing manufacturing efficiency and minimizing risks were thoroughly discussed.
