During the mentor-mentee ceremony, Seungje Lee from the Global Finance Team, Wonkyung Sung from the Automation & Equipment Team, and Kibyeong Kwon from the Wintech Business Division Quality Team received a business card case and a smile badge.

February Outstanding Employee

Jeuicheon Jeong from the Vietnam Business Division Manufacturing Team's Painting Department was selected as the outstanding employee for February for reducing labor and material costs through manufacturing process automation.

CEO Jinwoo Kim stated:

*"It feels like 2025 just started, yet here we are in March already. The weather suddenly changed yesterday, so please take care not to catch a cold.

Lately, I have been constantly emphasizing AI. 

Many media reports predict that in just 10 to 20 years, office jobs will disappear, and everything will be replaced by AI.

AI can uncover what we cannot and has access to vast and unlimited amounts of data. Soon, we will enter an era where humans only need to give commands, and robots will automatically handle production. 

While we are still in the early stages, the pace of development is accelerating rapidly. 

When that time comes, only a few at the top will remain, and it will be difficult for people to find jobs.

You must start preparing now to be ready for this era. 

If you are not prepared, you will be powerless when reality hits. 

This is why I constantly encourage you to study not general subjects like Korean or mathematics, but your specialized fields.

By doing so, you will gain insights that can be shared with your children and applied to our company.

You must become experts and multi-skilled professionals. Otherwise, you will be left behind.

Asking the right questions is crucial in AI. 

The way you frame your questions determines the quality of the answers.

 To ask better and deeper questions, you need specialized knowledge, which is why continuous learning is essential. 

Many of you already use ChatGPT. I encourage you to ask about AI, aerospace, the silver industry, and materials science.

If you come up with good ideas, please submit them.

Drones are also part of the aerospace industry.

Explore deeply what else we can do. AI can provide multiple answers, but it is up to us to make decisions.

We must ask the right questions and use AI’s answers to pursue our goals.

So far, we have invested in China, Vietnam, and India. 

Now, we are investing in the automotive sector in the United States as well.

The products themselves are much larger, so there are significant differences.

We are visiting existing companies for training and handling various tasks. 

Manufacturing stops when progress ceases. It is crucial to maintain an attitude of continuous action.

Unlike when our parents and teachers urged us to study, this is now about our own survival.

The company will support you in becoming experts, so please continue learning.

This year will be a stepping stone for moving forward into 2026. We hear many things as we travel, and some of them become reality.

Even if not everything materializes, achieving just one of those possibilities is enough.

Our executives are constantly traveling domestically and internationally. 

If you adopt the mindset of 'I must do this for myself and my future survival,' you will achieve great results.

Think carefully about the triangular relationship between yourself, your family, and the company, and give it your all.”
