On March 8 (Saturday), Samkwang CEO Jinwoo Kim visited the India business unit to conduct an on-site inspection. 

The visit was aimed at checking the efficiency of production lines, communicating directly with employees, and improving the manufacturing process and working environment.

CEO Jinwoo Kim toured the production line with site officials and thoroughly inspected major facilities and the surrounding environment. In particular, he took a closer look at the entire manufacturing process and discussed improvements to work efficiency and quality maintenance. 

The team also inspected the dining environment for employees in India. We checked the hygiene and quality of food, inspected the management of the cafeteria, and talked directly with employees to get their opinions on food conditions.

Meanwhile, Samkwang will continue to improve the working environment by increasing the productivity of its Indian division and actively reflecting the opinions of local employees to strengthen its competitiveness in the global market.
