[March 10, 2025 (Monday)] At the March monthly meeting of Samkwang India, CEO Jinwoo Kim delivered a monthly speech in Hindi to strengthen communication with employees.

Mr. Jinwoo Kim said, “It's been four years since our India division took root in Great Noida.

It is because of you that we were able to quickly adapt to India, where religion, culture, food, and life are different from Korea.

We are working hard to build new business, but it is time-consuming, so we need to be more efficient in managing what we are doing to maximize profits.

Last year, Samkwang turned 50 years old.

To celebrate, we invited 10 of our best employees to visit our headquarters and tour Korea, which we will do every year.

If our sales and profits are the same as in Vietnam, our headcount will be at the same level.

Now Samkwang is making a full-scale entry into the United States.

Previously, we had a small assembly plant, but with an investment of 30 billion won, we will definitely become a global company with a production target of November this year.

If any of you have employees with excellent work skills, we will send them to the US as well.

But first, the factory here in India has to be good.

Let's follow the president, who believes in you, and make a strong Samkwang India factory.”
