[Tuskegee, Alabama - March 26, 2025] Samkwang received an official welcome from Macon County, Alabama, USA, for its entry into the North American market.

The welcoming ceremony was attended by three of the four Macon County Commissioners, including Chairman Louis Maxwell, as well as representatives from the Development Department, Tax Department, and Police Department, and the Mayor of Tuskegee City, who was unable to attend due to a business trip, but delivered a message of support from the city.

Macon County officially stated that it will support Samkwang USA to the fullest extent possible in all administrative processes, including building permits and production startup permits, necessary for the establishment and future operation of the plant.

Samkwang USA is establishing a manufacturing plant in Tuskegee to produce injection, paint, and assembly-based components for a variety of global customers, with the goal of creating local jobs, training a skilled workforce, and contributing to the local economy.

Samkwang USA has now finalized the site agreement and incorporation and is in close consultation with county authorities with the goal of breaking ground in March this year.
