Samkwang Vietnam has carried out a comprehensive refurbishment and maintenance of the fire protection system at its workplaces to prevent fire hazards and comply with fire legal requirements during the season.

The overhaul focused on overhauling aging fire protection systems and upgrading them to meet the latest safety standards. 

As part of the work, the Vietnam division replaced fire hydrants and sprinklers, and thoroughly inspected alarms and smoke detectors. 

It also improved the performance of piping lines and fire pumps, overhauled emergency evacuation guides, and strengthened its fire training system for employees.

With this overhaul, the Vietnam division plans to strengthen its regular safety inspection cycle and continue to improve fire response capabilities across its sites.
