[Samkwang participated in the '2025 Mid-Sized Company Job Fair' held at B2Hall, COEX, Seoul, Korea, and had a meaningful time communicating with outstanding talents.

The fair is the only job fair dedicated to mid-sized companies in Korea, and is designed to support practical encounters between mid-sized candidate companies and job seekers and to help participants strengthen their capabilities through various employment support programs.

The Global HR Support Team operated a booth at the event and conducted 1:1 on-site interviews and corporate consultations with job seekers. 

Visitors to the booth were provided with practical information on the company's vision, major businesses, and welfare programs to help job seekers understand the company.

In particular, the company's IR (Investor Relations) program for high school students attracted attention at this event. The event focused on instilling a positive image of the company to future talents beyond simple recruitment, and received a great response by introducing Samkwang's technology, global business capabilities, and ESG management policies in an easy-to-understand manner.
