[April 8, 2025 (Tue) Samkwang R&D Center participated in a meeting with the Korea Automotive Mobility Industry Association (KAMA) to strengthen strategic cooperation in the field of automotive parts.

At the meeting, Mr. Jongdoo  Kim of the R&D Center, introduced Samkwang and emphasized the company's business expansion in various business areas, and in particular, the possibility of cooperation with KGM and Chevrolet based on the phased entry of Renault Motors was also mentioned, indicating the possibility of connecting with global OEMs in the future.

The association appreciated the fact that Samkwang already has production bases overseas, and said that it would spare no effort to help the company enter the automotive industry as a first-tier vendor.

“With this meeting, we plan to further strengthen our technological competitiveness in the field of automotive parts based on our close relationship with the association, and make strategic preparations to enter the global supply chain,” said an official from Samkwang Technology Research Center.

The meeting concluded with both sides sharing their intention to create new opportunities for Samkwang through continuous communication and cooperation.
