[May 26, 2025 (Mon)] Samkwang Corporation held a meeting with Gyeongbuk Technopark and Gyeongsan City to explore ways to cooperate to strengthen the competitiveness of local industries, and to lay the foundation for attracting overseas talents and entering new businesses.

At the Gyeongbuk Techno Park, the director of the Gyeongbuk Techno Park and the head of the Future Business Promotion Division attended, and at Samkwang, advisor Yang Chun-kum and employees from the Global Management Support Division discussed cooperation plans with Jisan Academic Research Institute, providing jobs for overseas talented workers through the Overseas Talent Attraction Center, and activating the manpower matching system through the industry-academia linkage channel.

The meeting was followed by a meeting with the director of administrative support and the head of corporate policy in Gyeongsan-si, where they discussed various ways to jointly utilize government support projects and new business incubation centers.

Through these consultations, Samkwang plans to strengthen organic linkages with Gyeongbuk Techno Park and Gyeongsan City, and continue to build a foundation for securing global talent, revitalizing the local industrial ecosystem, and discovering new growth engines.
