[May 27, 2025 (Tue)] Samkwang CEO Jinwoo Kim signed a formal agreement with YOSHIDA, a Japanese cosmetics container manufacturing company, to jointly promote Exuud's aroma diffuser business.

This business is a new concept aroma diffuser business plan of global beauty company Exuud, which has attracted investment from Estée Lauder and is expected to grow rapidly in the future.

After the first meeting between Samkwang and YOSHIDA in March, YOSHIDA, which highly appreciated Samkwang's terminal manufacturing capabilities and confirmed the possibility of business, requested a quotation for cosmetic cap and diffuser terminals from Samkwang.

On June 10, Samkwang CEO Jinwoo Kim and YOSHIDA CEO Yuzo Yoshida formally signed an agreement to establish a basic cooperative relationship with the aim of formalizing the cooperation between the two companies and signing a formal contract to promote the project in earnest.

On June 10, YOSHIDA executives will visit Samkwang's R&D center for a production review and further business discussions.

Through this cooperation, Samkwang will expand its presence in the global market and further strengthen its strategic capabilities for manufacturing finished products in the cosmetics sector.
