On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, the June monthly meeting was held.

At the appointment ceremony, Jinyoung Choi, Senior Manager of the Global New Business Division, Hoyeol Song, Senior Manager of the Global Management Support Division, was promoted to Executive Vice President, Youngmo Kwon, Senior Manager of the Global Development Team, and Jaeil Kim, Senior Manager of the Global Quality Team, were promoted to Senior Managers. In addition, Vice President Seonggon Yoo was newly appointed as the head of the US subsidiary.

The executives who received their appointment certificates shared their thoughts, saying, “I feel a heavy sense of responsibility and will contribute to the company's development by communicating with the Global Business Division,” and “I will do my best with a deep and broad perspective from the standpoint of my department members.”

At the mentor-mentee pairing ceremony, Inhyuk Jo, a professional from the Global Management Support Division, and Jincheol Kim, a professional from the AD Division, received business card cases and smile badges.

The May Employee of the Month was selected as Seungho Kim, a member of the Vietnam Business Division Manufacturing Team, who contributed to cost reduction through process improvement using waterproof jig automation.  

In his monthly address, CEO Jinwoo said, “Hello, everyone. I sincerely congratulate all the executives who were promoted today.  

We continue to emphasize AI. The pace of AI development is accelerating.  

Last week, I instructed the creation of an AI department. 

We must learn how to use AI and develop the ability to ask appropriate questions. Depending on the content of the question, the answer can vary greatly. By establishing an AI department, we can implement education and automation to create a loss-free company.

We have already identified the four major future industries (aerospace, AI, robotics, and silver industry).  

In aerospace, we are already manufacturing drone products with Skydio.

Manufacturing drone components is also part of aerospace.  

The current U.S. automobile factory project is also laying the groundwork for Samgwang's growth.  

Samgwang will continue to grow. To sustain this growth, we need your support.  

We have gained the momentum to move forward.  

How we perform this year will determine whether 2026 and 2027 will be even better.

June marks the start of the hot and rainy season. Please take care of your health and approach your work with the resolve to work even harder from the second half of the year onward to prepare for 2026.”
