[June 18, 2025 (Wed) Samkwang Corporation has signed a mutual cooperation agreement with Yeongjin University to recruit and nurture excellent human resources. 

The agreement was promoted as a strategic partnership to secure professional talents with on-the-job skills at an early stage and foster customized human resources suitable for Samkwang's core technology fields.

Through the agreement, Samkwang will recommend new talents for key technical positions such as automation, development, and mold from Youngjin College, and will further enhance the expertise and competitiveness of in-house technical personnel through training courses in areas requiring expertise, such as mold analysis software (Moldflow) training and cost analysis training.

In addition, job placement for foreign students will also be promoted, especially for those with excellent foreign language skills, who will play a role as global talents in Samkwang's domestic and overseas subsidiaries.

Samkwang also requested Youngjin College to recommend outstanding AI talents. 

Samkwang plans to continue its talent-centered growth strategy through continuous cooperation with relevant educational institutions at home and abroad, and further solidify the foundation for technological innovation and global competitiveness.
