[Samkwang held a sexual harassment prevention training for its employees on July 22 (Tue) ~ 23 (Wed), 2025.

The training was based on real-life cases to help employees recognize sexual harassment situations that may occur in the workplace and respond appropriately.

The contents of the training consisted of the definition and types of sexual harassment, actual cases by situation, differences from gender discrimination, procedures for dealing with sexual harassment, and introduction of specific cases that are prone to occur in the company.

In particular, the training contents explained based on actual cases instilled a sense of awareness in employees, and employees who attended the training said, “It was a training that made me realize once again that words or actions that I had passed by casually could offend or hurt someone.”

Samkwang plans to continue to strengthen its internal policies and systems, and to continue to strengthen its management system so that prompt and fair actions can be taken in the event of similar situations.
