[July 29, 2025 (Tuesday)] Samkwang Co., Ltd. shared risk assessment results and conducted supervisor training to strengthen its occupational safety and health management system.

This training, hosted by the Global Human Resources and General Affairs Support Team, was attended by managers from each team and provided an opportunity to revisit their roles as supervisors and the importance of safety and health management.

This training was based on the results of labor inspections conducted on Thursday, July 24 and Tuesday, July 29, and specifically addressed areas requiring practical improvement based on the inspection results.

Accordingly, Samkwang plans to implement a checklist related to environmental, safety, and health to ensure regular inspections and improvements. Furthermore, the company will continue to collaborate with external experts to improve and maintain on-site facilities.

Additionally, additional supervisor training was conducted to foster a safety culture within the company, establish an autonomous risk assessment system, and strengthen the responsibilities and roles of supervisors.

The training covered the purpose and duties of supervisors, hazard/risk factor surveys, hazard/risk information, risk assessments, and how to write improvement action plans.

Samkwang plans to continue improving its safety and health standards through regular inspections and training.
