I am Lee Ye-eun from the Administrative Support Team. I started learning Japanese because I liked J-POP, and it has become useful in my work. Currently, I have completed a little over half of the three-month OJT training program and am working hard to adapt to the company. The Business Secretary Team is a direct subordinate department to the CEO, responsible for identifying and compiling issues from each department for reporting, as well as handling English and Japanese translation and interpretation tasks. Since the work involves strategic and planning aspects, I am striving to gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes through OJT training. My first day of work was the first day of my career, so I remember feeling very nervous. I was so busy that I didn't even notice how the day passed. Amidst the chaos, one scene that stood out was the injection molding machine in operation at the injection molding site. I remember being fascinated by the process of the mold opening and closing, and the product being formed and automatically manufactured by a robot. Learning the unfamiliar concepts and terminology of manufacturing has been the most challenging yet fascinating part of the process. There are times when concepts feel disorganized and confusing, but whenever I ask questions to the professionals in each department, they kindly provide answers, helping me to organize my understanding. Thanks to this, I believe I am adapting well to the company. Although I am still in the training phase and have not yet been assigned to a specific role, I aspire to become a professional who combines expertise and responsibility to excel in my duties. To achieve this, I will communicate openly with colleagues across various departments and diligently absorb new knowledge. My hobbies are diverse, including yoga, drawing, reading, café tours, visiting exhibitions, and playing games. I enjoy a wide range of hobbies because I have many interests and likes. I like yoga because it allows me to focus on myself while enduring difficult poses, calming my mind and relieving mental and physical tension. I mainly draw portraits. I especially enjoy depicting facial features and hands. I have made a phone case using my drawings, which I use myself. If you are curious, feel free to ask me to show you my phone case, and I will be happy to do so. I like analog puzzle games such as Minesweeper, Mahjong, Sudoku, and Nemoronemologic. I enjoy concentrating on the game while listening to my favorite songs. When I have free time, I go to a café with my younger sibling, who is the same age as me, to eat delicious food, draw pictures together, play games, and read books. My sibling and I are like best friends—we communicate well and share similar hobbies, so spending time together is really fun. My motto is, “There is something to learn from everything!” Even in the worst situations, there are always ways to break through and things to learn, and I believe that how you perceive a situation greatly affects your growth. I try to maintain a positive attitude in everything I do and strive to find the best solution in any situation. <Fun Q&A> I think it’s better if the microphone is turned off. If the PowerPoint presentation stops, it feels like the flow of the presentation would be disrupted. If only the presentation materials remain, I’ll tighten my abdomen and use my loud voice to compensate. |
