On Monday, September 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the 2025 First Semester Scholarship Award Ceremony and September Monthly Meeting were held.

A total of 16 recipients (8 university students, 8 kindergarten students) were selected for the scholarship.

The award ceremony proceeded in the order of university students followed by kindergarten students. Scholarships were delivered separately to students who could not attend the ceremony due to overseas assignments or personal reasons.

The September monthly meeting followed.

At the mentor-mentee pairing ceremony, a total of seven mentees were presented with business card cases and smile badges.

Four winners of the 2025 Summer Photo Contest received prizes: a ₩300,000 Shinsegae gift card (1st place/1 winner), ₩200,000 (2nd place/1 winner), and ₩100,000 (3rd place/2 winners). All participants received Starbucks coupons as participation awards.

During the subsequent monthly meeting, CEO Kim Jin-woo stated:

"Seeing the children reminded me of raising my own kids, which made me smile a lot and enjoy the time. I'm considering welfare systems that could also be helpful when raising children after marriage.

The Tuskeegee factory in the US has started production, and seeing it in person felt quite rewarding.

I envisioned creating our own campus town around the Tuskeegee factory in the future.

Please give a big round of applause to all employees who worked hard on the setup, those currently working hard, and those who will work hard in the future.

Despite the challenging environment lately, we are investing to keep expanding, establishing local factories, and making other plans.

What matters most at this time is you.

The core is how outstandingly skilled talents you are. No matter how advanced AI becomes, its ultimate utilization depends on human capability. That's why we continually emphasize education.

Don't settle for your current level; aim higher and broader, and cultivate your abilities.
