[Friday, September 12, 2025] At the **‘2025 Gyeongbuk International AI·Metaverse Film Festival (GAMFF 2025)’** held at Gumi-ko in Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Seungjin Lee, a professional from Samkwang Co., Ltd.'s Global HR & General Affairs Support Team, won the Excellence Award in the Image Publishing category. 

This event, the second international gathering following last year's ‘2024 Gyeongbuk International AI·Metaverse Film Festival’, was simultaneously held across four cities and counties—Gumi, Pohang, Gyeongsan, and Cheongdo—offering a platform to explore the future of AI, metaverse, and video content industries.

The event, featuring participation from global tech companies and promising startups, included diverse programs such as an awards ceremony, global networking, and corporate exhibitions. Winners were announced across five categories: Creative Video, Character IP, Advertising, Music Video, and the APEC Special Category. Samkwang received the Excellence Award in the Image Publishing category (Official Poster for 2026).

Lee Seung-jin, the Global HR Support Team member who received the Excellence Award, stated, “Receiving this award is deeply meaningful. Samkwang is currently conducting various AI-related training programs to actively support our employees' skill enhancement. Building on this opportunity, I will strive to grow further, developing into a talent suited for the AI and metaverse era, and do my utmost to ensure Samkwang gains recognition on the global stage.”
