[Thursday, October 16, 2025] Employees of Samkwang Co., Ltd. attended the regular concert “The Nutcracker in October” held at Yeungnam University's Cheonma Art Center.

The Gyeongsan Philharmonic Orchestra, founded on the principles of ‘enhancing musical proficiency’ and ‘serving the local community through music,’ celebrated its 20th regular performance this year as the region's leading arts organization. It presented a rich stage blending diverse genres.

The performance featured stages by the fusion traditional Korean music group **ARISU** and the North American Indian folk performance group ** Rimay**. The highlight was the duet performance of “Longing” and “Brindisi from La Traviata” by tenor Shin Hyun-wook and soprano Lee Young-kyu, drawing enthusiastic applause from the audience.

The finale featured Tchaikovsky's masterpiece “The Nutcracker Suite,” recreated through a collaborative performance by orchestra and ballet.

Employees who attended the performance shared their impressions, stating, “It was a truly wonderful experience to directly enjoy classical music and ballet performances, which are not easily accessible otherwise.”
