The November monthly meeting was held on Monday, November 3, 2025.

During the appointment ceremony, Executive Vice President Yeongjun Jeong, who has worked in development roles for approximately 30 years at companies including Daewoo Electronics and Samsung Electronics' MX Business Division, was appointed as the Head of the Global Development Center.

Executive Vice President Jeong Yeon-jun stated, “I stand here today with great expectations and a strong sense of responsibility. I recall fondly developing our first model at Samkwang, made possible by the active cooperation and technical support of Samkwang employees. It is a tremendous honor to return to work at Samkwang, a company thriving as a world-class global enterprise through future-oriented change and continuous innovation.”

This was followed by the executive vehicle handover ceremony.

This ceremony was arranged to celebrate the new beginnings of recently promoted executives, provide them with an opportunity to grow further in their roles, and motivate all employees to strive for growth through effort and achievement.

Accordingly, Executive Vice Presidents (Jinyoung Choi, Hoyeol Song) were each provided with a Grandeur vehicle, while Senior Vice Presidents (Youngmo Kwon, Jaeil Kim) were each provided with a Sonata vehicle.

At the mentor-mentee pairing ceremony, three mentees received business card cases and smile badges.

In his monthly address, CEO Jinwoo Kim stated, "We sincerely welcome Executive Director Jeong Yeong-jun to our company. We hope you will firmly establish the systemic strengths you learned at Samsung within Samkwang.

To our newly joined employees, while the beginning may be challenging, we hope you will learn diligently, grow, and become valuable talents for Samkwang. 

All business units must avoid complacency and arrogance. 

We must learn and prepare with humility. Vietnam's current success stems from our prior preparations. 

Strive to fill gaps and focus on self-development. Individual growth is the company's strength. The company will support your self-development.

By internalizing what you learn, you too can become executives.

While we may seem unrelated to AI, many components we produce are integral to AI systems. Of course, it will take time, but we are steadily progressing.

All of this is preparation for the future, five or ten years from now. If we don't prepare now, we will be left behind in the future.

I urge you to prepare now so you can fill your own vessel.

With two months left in 2025, let's achieve our goals and deliver strong results.
