As part of its periodic management for fire prevention and compliance with relevant regulations, the Samkwang Co., Ltd. Vietnam Business Division conducted regular inspections and maintenance of its firefighting systems for the second half of the year.

This inspection was conducted in accordance with local fire safety regulations and the latest safety standards.

Inspection items included all major equipment such as fire hydrants, sprinklers, fire detectors, and alarm systems. Particular emphasis was placed on improving the efficiency of fire pumps and piping lines, and checking the operation of emergency exit lights and evacuation guidance systems.

An EHS team member from the Vietnam Business Division's HR & General Affairs Support Team stated, “The regular inspection served not only to verify equipment but also as an opportunity for all employees to renew their awareness of safety.” They added, “We will continue to develop a prevention-focused safety management culture to create a secure working environment.”

The Vietnam Business Division plans to continue its efforts to ensure the stability and reliability of firefighting equipment and strengthen overall fire response capabilities across the workplace through biannual inspections held in the first and second halves of each year.
