[Monday, November 17, 2025] Samkwang Co., Ltd. headquarters successfully held a Kick-Off meeting to officially launch the integrated ERP implementation project.

Attendees included headquarters executives, department team leaders and staff, and the ERP implementation specialist firm, who shared the project's strategic direction and implementation roadmap.

The meeting first explained the rationale for integrating the accounting ERP and logistics ERP currently operated by the Korea Business Division, and transitioning to a next-generation ERP based on this integration.

It emphasized that securing a system infrastructure with scalability and stability is key to strengthening corporate competitiveness in a rapidly changing business environment. To achieve this, a direction was presented to connect all core company functions—including purchasing, sales, production, manufacturing, logistics, quality, finance, and HR—into a single integrated process.

Furthermore, it was presented that continuous participation and active feedback from operational teams are critical requirements for the project's success. Attendees pledged to strengthen organic collaboration between departments during the upcoming implementation phase and to work together to achieve the project goals aimed at enhancing the company's digital competitiveness.

Through this Kick-Off, Samkwang plans to present management standards for the next-generation global cost management system and consolidated accounting, concurrently with the ERP implementation for the Korea Business Division. It will accelerate the digital transformation and AI transition across all business divisions to complete operational innovation company-wide and emerge as a leading advanced digital enterprise in the global market.
