Hello. I'm Lee Dong-hoon, a professional in the Mold Part division at Samkwang WinTech. I've completed my OJT training and am now assigned to the Mold Development Team, handling mold design tasks. While I'm still inexperienced and have many rough edges, I strive to learn a little more each day and grow. I especially feel the importance of concentration while handling revisions and organizing drawing-related documents. If I had to pick the toughest memory from my OJT, it would definitely be my day in the stamping department. It was a really hot summer day, so the heat made it difficult, but that day helped me understand the challenges of other departments and was a valuable experience that built my patience. My hobbies are diverse: camping, car camping, bowling, badminton, table tennis, listening to music, singing, and enjoying content using electronic devices. (Quite a lot, right?) Quiet camping time or switching my mood by listening to favorite songs provides great healing. I especially find it interesting to try out various functions when encountering new electronic devices. While I enjoy spending time alone, I also think it would be great to share hobbies like badminton or table tennis with good people. My motto is: Work seriously, rest properly. At Samkwang, I want to be someone fun and easy to work with! I'm quite lively and playful. Hehe. To be honest... I'm also a bit lazy. But I do get things done! Maybe it's thanks to that laziness—I want to finish work as efficiently and quickly as possible. Also, I think it's better to make people around me feel comfortable, even if it's a little silly, rather than dampen the mood, so I tend to work with a smile! I want to be serious when I need to be, and otherwise just live cheerfully, joking around. I hope to enjoy a long and happy time at Samkwang too~ (Oh, and deliver results consistently too~!) I still have a lot to learn, but I want to be someone who takes responsibility and sees things through to the end. I will keep working hard to become more skilled at design work and be a helpful member to my team. I will humbly learn where I'm lacking, handle even small tasks diligently, and move forward step by step. Thank you!
I choose to only be able to talk to cats for the rest of my life. Why? I've lived with my cat for 10 years now... and we're still not close. The only moments we're friendly? When I give treats or water? Even though she's 10 years old, she still can't drink water by herself~ She drinks her fill, then acts like nothing happened. If I call its name, no response. Doesn't say a word. Just perks up its ears toward the sound. Absolutely impossible to pet for more than a minute. So, I choose talking to cats, thinking that if I could communicate with them, I might get one step closer.
