[Thursday, December 11, 2025] Samkwang Co., Ltd. participated in the ‘62nd Daegu-Gyeongbuk Trade Day Commemorative Ceremony’ hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regional Headquarters of the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), receiving a commendation from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy.

'Trade Day' is a statutory commemorative day established to wish for the balanced development of South Korea's trade and its leap toward becoming a trade powerhouse, marking its 62nd anniversary this year. Approximately 250 attendees, including representatives from regional export companies and related organizations, participated in the event. They shared the export achievements of the past year and commended the efforts of businesspeople who have consistently delivered results despite the challenging international competitive environment.

This year's ceremony was held under the slogan **‘K-Trade, Opening New Paths’**. It served as an occasion to share the achievements of export companies in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions through the Tower of Export Awards and commendations for meritorious individuals, and to reaffirm their resolve for future growth.

At the event, Lee Han-sung from the Global Quality Team and Lee Seung-jin from the Strategic Planning Office at Samkwang Co., Ltd. received commendations from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy in recognition of their contributions to trade promotion and national economic development.
